Analog IP

Innopower provides many types of Analog IP in various processes. These Analog IP provide wide variety solutions for customer's analog application.

  • Bandgap Reference

  • The bandgap reference (BG) circuits provide the reference voltage for other analog IP as a reference voltage standard. The internal trimming design is adopted to obtain the accurate output voltage to cover process variation.

  • Delayed Locked Loop

  • Delayed Locked Loop (DLL) generates some channel DQS with variable timing delay for digital controller. It is suitable for DDR/DDR2 SDRAM controller.

  • Oscillators

  • Oscillators (OSC) is a self-contained ring oscillator or internal resistor/capacitor oscillator with selected output frequency. This IP provides a clock source for digital controller.

  • Phase Locked Loop

  • Phase Locked Loop (PLL) provides a clock multiplier and/or de-skew circuit to generate a stable, high-speed clock from an external slower clock signal.

  • Power On Reset

  • The Power On Reset (POR) circuit generates a output signal that indicate the power is good when power supply becomes available and stable.

  • Pulse Width Modulation—Switching Regulator

  • The switching regulators (PWM) provides a high current driving capability, It is used to regulate the higher output voltages.

  • Linear Regulator— Low Drop-out Regulator

  • Regulator (REG) is a low drop-out linear regulator with high current driving capability and low quiescent current.

  • Voltage Detectors

  • The voltage detector (VDT) is designed to detect the precise high/low levels of a reference voltage.
